Engineered Electrical Barrier and Insulation Materials
Interface Solutions' Voltoid® line offers a range of competitively priced, easy-to-fabricate electrical barrier and insulation materials. The line currently includes six distinct composites that range from standard-duty to high-performance and support an array of manufacturing conditions and electrical, thermal, and fire-resistance requirements. They serve in both original-equipment and aftermarket applications for durable consumer goods, electronic products, transformers, motors and electrical fixtures.
These materials are the result of Interface Solutions' strong core competency in material science, and recent additions to the line reflect the company's well-established design and manufacturing capabilities for producing high-performance composites. Specifically, Voltoid® materials exhibit excellent consistency and uniformity as a result of a highly controlled wet-laid manufacturing process, and they are especially suitable for fabricating operations, including die-cutting, punching, folding and forming.
All Voltoid® materials are manufactured for dielectric strength, flame retardancy, formability, thermal aging, moisture resistance, mechanical properties, and all are currently available in sheet form.
